If you are considering the Cayenne vs the Temerario, I would say the Lambo takes this one. The Cayenne beats it on price but not much else, unless one want to argue subjectives like the design and interiors.

The Cayenne Turbo GT is a beast! Porsche did a fantastic job getting that SUV to perform more like a sports car.

While I agree partly, the Porsche is still a clumsy car though. Unless they worked on their suspension on this car, then I take back my words. :P

The Temerario’s hybrid powertrain brings Lamborghini’s striking design with a high-speed experience and comfort, thus, giving signature Italian flair. The Cayenne Turbo GT, on the other hand, brings Porsche’s precision handling, with its track-focused engineering and luxury into an SUV, balancing family-friendly comfort with a thrilling drive.

An active air suspension system? How did they think that would not be an issue?

Porsche’s precision handling
I don't know about that, seeing many people who have owned the Cayenne are reporting that they are seeing uneven suspension component wear and that the air suspensions system can lead to a series of nightmares.

Well, different Porsche models have distinct handling characteristics, primarily due to their engine placements. Cayenne lineup are known for the perfect balance of power, style, and handling precision. This is not just my personal opinion, a lot of reviewer agree with me.

Here's a reviewer who agrees with you! Porsche are excellent handlers, especially those with a mid-engine.

From what I have read, when engineers place the engine in the middle of the car, they create a layout that concentrates the heaviest part of the car near its center. This arrangement ensures the vehicle can change direction more quickly and precisely.

This central weight placement also means the front and rear tires are both fully burdened during cornering, which allows all four wheels to work together. The car responds more predictably, too, which means It's less likely to either push wide at the front or snap loose at the rear.

As a bonus, placing the engine in the middle opens up both the front and rear of the car for aerodynamic optimization, letting designers work with the bodywork however they like to better glide through the air.
